The elections took place during EuPC’s General Assembly, held during the EuPC Annual Meeting on 2 and 3 June 2016 in Lyon, France. The two-day conference, organized by Polymer Comply Europe, gathered over 120 senior management delegates from the entire plastics value chain: brand owners, converters, collectors, recyclers, machinery and equipment suppliers, waste management companies, raw material suppliers as well as representatives of the EU Institutions, Member States and academia.

Important issues such as EU import duties reduction for polymers, a competitive market and the circular economy will continue to be addressed under the strategic guidance of EuPC who represents over 50 000 companies and 1.6 million employments.
